This hotel is located in the bustling heart of the city, with shops and attractions right at your fingertips. the rooms are spacious and come with modern furniture, comfortable beds, and marble bathrooms. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options like fresh fruit and pastries.
Sadly, some of the staff members struggle to communicate in English, which can make things a bit difficult for international travelers.

I did not like the heating too hot in the room during the night. HAd to open the windows and then it was noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore the area. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. I loved the amenities, like the air conditioning and mini-bar, which added an extra level of comfort to my stay. The patio was a lovely touch, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air and relax. And the staff were absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. It exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a truly memorable experience.

Great base for city exploration and friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect for our city break. It was within walking distance of all the main sights and attractions, which meant we could make the most out of our short time there. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering us tips and recommendations of places to visit and eat. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.
Limited breakfast options and noisy room. Although the breakfast provided was decent, I didn't like that the options were limited and there wasn't much variety.

The location. It was actually the only good thing.
The front desk personal weren't helpful at all. In fact, they gave us the wrong information about the City Tour schedule. The free wifi that they offer is lame. It doesn't work at all. Whenever we called the front desk asking for help, they told us that they would restart the service (and they actually did several times), but it never worked. The shower is placed over a bathtub, that usually floods whenever you are taking a shower. The air conditioning didn't work as expected too. And last, the breakfast was horrible (and the breakfast staff was even worse). They ran out of scrambled eggs and we asked for more. We were waiting for over 45 minutes and we never got them. Its definitely not a 5 star hotel! It's actually far away from being one

Great location! Just a few blocks away from the main square and tourist attractions. the pool area was nice, with a good view. the breakfast buffet was delicious, a good variety of options and fresh fruits.
The hotel needs some renovations, especially in the rooms. the furniture and decoration are outdated, and the carpets need a deep cleaning.

Front desk are extremely helpful - bus tickets, art galleries, art areas, places to eat, etc. All spoke English. They printed my new boarding passes as well.
food was just ok. Scrambled eggs barely cooked.

The hotel is close to the main square where the cathedral is. From my large twin room room on the 6th floor I had the perfect view to the cathedral. All shops are close by. Good breakfast.
The noise surrounding this place is quite deafening. Take earplugs with you. The hotelrooms urgently need (double or triple glazed) windows that can keep the noise out to a certain extend. My room was on the side of the hotel, but very, very noisy as well from some central air system on a roof underneath my room. The gym could urgently do with a good overhaul, starting with taking out the torn wall-to-wall carpets, the extremely slippery and dangerous old wooden floor and the box ring that looks like it has not been used since 1976 and instead of that put a good elliptic cross machine, 2 normal training bikes (there is one recumbant bike, but that is not an effective type of bike for training) 2 decent rowing machines and some yoga mats. A good thing are the mirrors on the side.
